You might be asking yourself "What is Kickboxing?"
Kickboxing is a stand up combat sport that incorporates effective hand, foot, knee, and elbow techniques. It has historically been heavily influenced by various styles of Karate, Muay Thai, and Western Boxing. Our Kickboxing program will give you an intense cardio workout, which will develop your stamina, strength, reflexes, and overall cardiovascular fitness.
Is Kickboxing right for you (adults only)?
Training in Kickboxing is a great experience as it will get you in the best shape of your life while training under experienced instructors. All classes are taught in a competitive yet safe environment. We want you to be the best version of you possible.
- Kickboxing involves kicking and punching techniques.
- Kickboxing involves no weapons of any kind.

There is always a risk of injury. With that said, we put your safety and growth above all else.
While competition is encouraged, it is not mandatory.
We will keep you aware of upcoming competitions and even facilitate your joining that event if you choose.
We don’t ask you to sign a contract, although we will ask that dues be paid on time.
The school does not provide you with free equipment such as a gi or gloves, but we can facilitate the purchase of what you will need to train.
Training equipment such as striking pads and practice gloves are provided for in class use.
You certainly can attend a class for free.
